Elizabeth's aunt Kim came up for the day and drove Elizabeth and Janet to the Childrens hospital. There was some mis-communication between Dr. J (who wanted a back slab) and the Ortho doctor who said it was too soon to put anything on but another cast, so they ended up removing the old cast and putting on a new one. There was a red spot near the thumb developing so the cast had a pressure point. Aunt Kim paid for a water proof cast now Elizabeth can go swiming with her new purple cast.
They X-rayed both the arm and clavicle, acording to the Othro doctor the clavicle is healing nicely. There will be bump and it will take up to a year to completely heal.
They didn't have to spent as long at Childrens today and got back around 2:30, Elizabeth was quite hungry having missed lunch.
Elizabeth walked around the whole day, looks like the wheel chair is going to collect dust outside the room.
