Home Day 292

We are coming up on 300 days.

Today was the second time Elizabeth spent the entire day at school. We seemed to get stalled at getting to lunch, playing at lunch time and then eating lunch at school. The noise in the classroom at lunch was a bit to much so Elizabeth eats lunch with one other student in a quite spot. Elizabeth has decided to push through for the whole day because sports day is coming up and the practices were at the end of the school day. Elizabeth qualified for the long jump, Frisbee throw and the ball toss.

Elizabeth participated in the May Day parade and May Pole dance this year with the younger group. They managed their routine without any problem.

Elizabeth had her 10th birthday this spring, as usual we had a family party near her birthday and a friend party on Easter Sunday.

Elizabeth has been going off to visit "Robin Hood" at a miniature horse rescue, if everything works out he might come to live with us and our full size horses.

The community brain injury program has come to an end (about six months of support after Sunny Hill). There is a school speech therapist that Elizabeth sees once a week.

The tutor is down to once a week and will be ending soon.

There was some talk of summer school, but Elizabeth isn't interested. After talking with school teacher from Sunny Hill it isn't something we should be forcing at this point.

Elizabeth got a kids camera for her birthday, she had no problem figuring out how to use it. Here, she married a couple of her stuffys Mr. Moose and Polly.
