Elizabeth got her party this afternoon, complete with an ice cream cake from DQ. Elizabeth was telling people that it was 51 to 49 percent, the ratio of happy to go home and wishing she could stay at Sunny Hill with her new friends.
I know the cake says happy birthday, but is really means congratulations.

Now we move on to getting support for Elizabeth from the community brain injury program and sending Elizabeth back to school, looks like the current target is the last week of October.
Now that the hospital stay is over, thanks to everyone who has been following the blog. I am going to reduce the frequency of my posts to once a week or so, we will see how it goes...
